Todd Lamb, Chief Development & Legal Officer
Todd Lamb has comprehensive leadership experiences that benefit TriCorps’ clients. In the wide-scale field of security, intelligence, protection and prevention, Todd has been a ‘protectee’ and a ‘protector’. From early in his career as a special agent with the U.S. Secret Service, to a later position as Lieutenant Governor with a protective detail, Todd Lamb has been involved in all aspects of personal, site, transportation, and cybersecurity.
Prior to joining the TriCorps executive team, Todd served eight years as Lieutenant Governor of Oklahoma. During his tenure as the state’s second in command, he led a statewide effort for better campus security of schools.He received numerous awards from the public and private sector for his commitment to service, excellence, and innovation. When Todd departed public service, he was the only Lieutenant Governor in the country to be elected by his peers to lead the bi-partisan National Lt. Governors Association as well as his party affiliated Lt. Governors Association.
Throughout Todd’s career, he has gained intricate knowledge of international, federal, state, and local government processes and challenges. He served in the legislature, rising to Majority Floor Leader of the state Senate; he has served on the staff of governors and a U.S. senator. Todd has made numerous international and domestic trips sharing best practices and collaborating with government and private sector leaders.
During his U.S. Secret Service tenure, Todd investigated and made numerous arrests in the areas of counterfeiting, bank fraud, threats against the President, computer crimes, and identity theft. His duties included domestic and international protection assignments during the Clinton and George W. Bush administrations.
During the 2000 presidential campaign, Todd worked as a site supervisor for countless presidential campaign events across the country. In early 2001, he was appointed to the national Joint Terrorism Task Force (JTTF) and after the terrorists’ attacks, he was assigned to portions of the 9-11 investigation. He received training and briefings from the U.S. Secret Service, F.B.I., and C.I.A headquarters in Langley, VA.
Todd’s law enforcement background, as well as his executive-level government leadership experience, provide a unique skill set that gives insight into the evolving needs of clients. Serving as Chief Development and Legal Officer, Todd establishes strong and long-term partnerships with key public and private sector entities.
