Paul Christian is a seasoned leader with over 30 years of distinguished service in law enforcement and the military. He currently serves as the Chief of Staff at TriCorps Security, where he is instrumental in steering the company\u2019s strategic direction, ensures operational efficiency, and upholds TriCorps\u2019 mission to deliver superior security solutions. Paul oversees company-wide initiatives, coordinates cross-departmental functions, and directs key projects while maintaining high standards of service for clients across various industries.<\/p>\n
Paul began his career in the United States Air Force at age 17, serving in the Security Forces from 1989 to 1992. He transitioned to law enforcement in 1992 where he served as a police officer in Mangum, Oklahoma, before being recruited by the Oklahoma Highway Patrol in 1995. Over three decades, he held multiple roles, including Supervisor, Troop Commander, and head of the state\u2019s investigative and training divisions. His career with OHP was distinguished by his diverse command experiences, including leading the state\u2019s investigative team and overseeing the training division.<\/p>\n
Paul led as many as 100 uniformed and non-uniformed personnel, including criminal, internal, and administrative investigations, executive security, legislative liaison, field operations, and was responsible for the professional development and training of over 800 uniformed personnel.<\/p>\n
Paul joined TriCorps in 2017 as the Oklahoma State Director before being promoted to Chief of Staff after retiring as a Captain with the Oklahoma Highway Patrol in 2024. Paul\u2019s vast experience in law enforcement and security operations continues to guide the company’s growth and success. His dedication to operational excellence and leadership has made him an invaluable asset to both the company and its clients.<\/p>\n

Jack serves as TriCorps\u2019 Chief Operations Officer and is responsible for day-to-day leadership and management that mirrors the mission and core values of the company. He directs the staff in identifying, developing, implementing, and maintaining sound security processes and efficient responses to incidents.\u202fThrough subordinate managers, Jack coordinates and implements site security, operations and activities to ensure protection of executives, managers, employees, physical and information assets for our clients, while ensuring optimal use of personnel and equipment.
\nHe started his career in law enforcement as a Trooper with the Oklahoma Highway Patrol in 1982. While with the Patrol, he advanced through the ranks holding positions of Supervisor, Troop Commander, Zone Commander, Turnpike Liaison, and Deputy Chief where he managed around 800 uniformed and non-uniformed personnel including Troopers in the eastern half of the state, Law Enforcement Technology, Special Operations, and Fleet. As Deputy Chief, Jack was responsible for high-level command decisions and the direction and leadership of the department.
\nJack retired from the patrol with 25 years of service and worked for a year as Administrator for the Oklahoma Department of Public Safety before going to a large energy company, where his role evolved from investigations and executive protection to ethic\u2019s compliance\/training. He managed the company\u2019s vendor background screening process, Office of Foreign Asset Controls, business continuity, drug and alcohol programs, and the fleet department. Jack worked with Compliance Counsel to review and draft policies and a completely rewrote of the company\u2019s business code of conduct and supplier code of conduct.<\/p>\n <\/div>\r\n <\/div>\r\n <\/div>\r\n <\/div>\r\n\r\n
Ben began his law enforcement career in 1999 with the Oklahoma Department of Corrections as a Probation and Parole Officer, following his graduation from Virginia Commonwealth University, Richmond, VA, with a Bachelor of Science in Criminal Justice in May 1997. Over his 21-year tenure, he progressed through various roles, culminating in a Senior Probation and Parole Officer position. His responsibilities encompassed a wide range of critical duties, including preparing comprehensive reports for state judges, maintaining supervision of offenders, conducting pre-sentence investigations, participating in manhunts, administering field arrests, and securing facilities damaged during natural disasters.<\/p>\n
He collaborated extensively with federal and state law enforcement agencies, correctional facilities, social service agencies, and community organizations, fostering effective partnerships. He responded promptly to parolee emergencies and crises, swiftly implementing crisis intervention strategies to de-escalate situations and mitigate risks to public safety.<\/p>\n
Ben joined TriCorps in 2003 as a security officer and has since held various leadership positions, including executive protection detail and site supervisor. He excelled in all areas of work with the company, which led to his promotion to state director in 2015. In this capacity, he oversaw operations and upheld the company’s standards of excellence across his jurisdiction. After retiring from the Oklahoma Department of Corrections, Ben was promoted to Deputy Chief Operations Officer in 2021. With his extensive experience and dedication, Ben plays an integral role in maintaining the high standards of excellence for which TriCorps is known.<\/p>\n <\/div>\r\n <\/div>\r\n <\/div>\r\n <\/div>\r\n\r\n
Chad Bradley, Chief Technology Officer (CTO), leads TriCorps\u2019 long-term technology vision, and is responsible for the operations of TriCorps Surveillance, TriCorps\u2019 Command Monitoring Center and TriCorps\u2019 Information Technology (IT) division. Chad joined TriCorps in 2007 and previously served as the Director of Operations for TriCorps Surveillance.<\/p>\n
Prior to joining TriCorps full-time, Chad spent nearly 22 years with the Oklahoma Highway Patrol, bringing a unique blend of law enforcement and technology to the table. Chad began his law enforcement career in 1996 as a Communications Officer for the Oklahoma Highway Patrol, promoting to Sergeant in 1998. In 1999, Chad graduated the 51st Oklahoma Highway Patrol academy with field assignments in Texas and Oklahoma counties.<\/p>\n
In 2005, Chad was promoted to the rank of Lieutenant and served as a field supervisor in the Investigations Division, Training Division, and Command Post Operations Division. Chad spent 12 years in the Executive Security Division, supervising close personal protection for both Governor Brad Henry and Governor Mary Fallin. Additionally, Chad oversaw the electronic security operations for the Oklahoma Governor\u2019s Mansion and Governor\u2019s Office at the Oklahoma State Capitol. Chad held an Advanced Peace Officer Certification and was the recipient of numerous awards, including the Committee of 100 Tony Calvert Award for Heroism.<\/p>\n
Chad is a native Oklahoman and holds an associate degree in Political Science. Chad is a die-hard OU Sooner\u2019s fan and avid bowler. Chad has been married to his wife Brandi since 2014 and has a stepson, Tanner.<\/p>\n <\/div>\r\n <\/div>\r\n <\/div>\r\n <\/div>\r\n\r\n
Willie Schooley serves as the Chief Financial Officer for TriCorps, leading the finance department with a focus on continuous evaluation and growth. He oversees all financial operations, including financial reporting, strategy and planning, and cash flow management. He provides leadership and strategic insight to ensure the financial health and stability of the organization while driving alignment with the business goals and objectives.<\/p>\n
After earning his bachelor\u2019s degree in accounting from East Central University in 1984, Willie began his career at Grace Petroleum, where he advanced from Revenue Accountant to Manager of Financial Accounting. He then moved to Samson Resources, holding roles from Supervisor of Partnership Accounting to Manager of International Accounting. In 1998, Willie joined TVC ProDriver, where he rose from Controller to Director of Financial Planning and Analysis, taking on multiple leadership positions over the years.<\/p>\n
Willie met his wife, Karen, while in college, and they have been married since 1983. They have three children, two daughters-in-law, and two grandchildren. Outside of work, Willie enjoys spending time with family and friends, playing golf, and cheering on the Oklahoma Sooners.
