TriWatch Intel Services

Staff member points at multiple monitors in a blue-tinted control room, with TriCorps TriWatch Intel Services branding.

At TriCorps, we know security is about more than what we can see right in front of us. It is also about staying aware of what may be developing before it ever reaches our client’s property or people. That is one of the ways TriWatch Intel Services adds value to our mission.

A key part of TriWatch is OSINT, which stands for Open-Source Intelligence. OSINT is the process of collecting and analyzing publicly available information to identify potential threats, emerging concerns, and developing situations that may affect our clients, our officers, and the environments we protect. This can include information found on public websites, social media platforms, forums, news sources, and other open channels.

Through TriWatch, we monitor open-source information for concerning keywords, phrases, symbols, and even emojis that may suggest hostile intent, threats of violence, or other troubling activity. The goal is to identify warning signs early and provide meaningful awareness before an issue escalates into something more serious.

Of course, technology is only part of the process. Information must be reviewed in context, assessed carefully, and understood for what it truly means. That is where our TriCorps intel analysts play such an important role. They review the information gathered through TriWatch, evaluate its relevance, and determine whether it represents a credible concern or a developing risk that deserves closer attention.

From there, our analysts develop reports and briefings that give clients useful, understandable, and actionable intelligence. Instead of simply passing along raw data, they help turn information into insight. They identify patterns, summarize threats, highlight areas of concern, and provide situational awareness that helps clients make informed decisions.

Thanks to the work of our analysts, TriWatch has helped identify several serious threats made against public officials. In those cases, information developed through open-source monitoring and analytical review contributed to law enforcement action that ultimately resulted in the arrest and prosecution of the individuals responsible. That is a powerful example of how early awareness, careful analysis, and timely reporting can make a real difference.

This approach gives our clients more than a traditional security presence. It gives them a security partner that is actively watching, analyzing, and communicating information that may affect their people, property, operations, and reputation. In a world where threats can develop quickly and spread even faster, that kind of awareness matters.

For our officers, TriWatch supports the work already being done in the field. It does not replace officer presence, good judgment, or strong observation skills. It strengthens those things by giving our teams another layer of awareness and a better understanding of the environments they serve.

TriWatch Intel Services reflects the direction modern security is going. Clients want more than officers on site. They want insight, communication, and proactive support. By combining OSINT, experienced intel analysts, and meaningful reporting, TriCorps can provide a higher level of service and a stronger security partnership.

I am proud of the work being done through TriWatch and proud of the team behind it. As this service continues to grow, it will remain another example of how TriCorps is working to stay ahead of risk, deliver value to our clients, and support our officers with the information they need to succeed.
