Communication may seem like a simple part of our day-to-day work, but it plays a major role in how effectively we can support employees across TriCorps. Much of the work handled by the Administrative Department happens behind the scenes, from payroll and licensing to employee documentation, compliance, and other needs that help keep operations running smoothly.
One of the most important things employees can do is keep the lines of communication open. When something changes, such as your address, phone number, direct deposit information, emergency contact, license, certification, or other important information, please let us know as soon as possible. Keeping your information accurate and current helps prevent unnecessary delays and ensures we have what we need to assist you.
The same is true when it comes to documents and deadlines. If you receive an email requesting an updated license, certification, document, or additional information, taking the time to respond promptly can make a significant difference. One missing or expired document can impact several areas, including licensing, scheduling, compliance, payroll, or even an employee’s ability to continue working at a particular location.
The sooner we receive the information we need, the more opportunity we have to address concerns before they become larger issues.
Just as important, communication goes both ways. If you receive a request from the Administrative Department and are unsure what is being asked of you, have questions about a process, or need help completing something, please reach out. Employees are not expected to know every administrative requirement or understand every licensing process. Part of our responsibility is helping you navigate those requirements.
We would much rather answer a question and work through something together than have an employee struggle to figure it out alone.
At the end of the day, everything we do on the administrative side comes back to supporting our employees. Our officers and team members are representing TriCorps every day, and our role behind the scenes is to make sure their information is accurate, their documentation is current, and they have the support they need to be successful.
The most important takeaway is simple: communicate with us, stay responsive, and keep your information up to date. Those small actions help us support you more effectively and can make a much bigger difference than you might realize.
Thank you for everything you do for TriCorps. As always, if you need assistance, the Administrative Department is here to help.
